Government Information: A Reference for Librarian in Hawai'i by Gwen Sinclair - This book is available through a Creative Commons Attribution NonCommercial license for download. It draws on a wide range of sources to educate librarians about federal, state, local, and international government information with an emphasis on Hawai‘i.

United State Government Manual - As the official handbook of the Federal Government, The United States Government Manual provides information on the agencies of the legislative, judicial, and executive branches. It also includes information on quasi-official agencies; international organizations in which the United States participates; and boards, commissions, and committees.

HathiTrust U.S. Federal Documents Program - HathiTrust coordinates collective action to build and maintain the largest independent collection of digitized and preserved U.S. Federal Documents.

Federal Depository Library Program LibGuides - These guides provide information about the Federal Government and the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP). There are two types of guides: Subject and FDLP Information. “Subject Guides” explore a variety of topics that concern the Federal Government for the general public. “FDLP Information Guides” contain resources and guidance for Federal Depository Libraries about operations and services.
