Introduction

What's the difference between legislative history and legislative intent?  Legislative history deals with HOW a statute changed over time.  Legislative intent attempts to discover WHY legislation was introduced or changed over time.

Laws passed by the Arizona Legislature. Organized into Titles by subject. Also known as A.R.S.
