Arizona Administrative Code Research

The Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) consists of the regulatory rules adopted by agencies of the State of Arizona to interpret or implement state statutes. An agency needs specific statutory authority to adopt rules. It is updated in quarterly Supplements. 

The Arizona Administrative Register (A.A.R.) is a publication of rulemaking notices and other information about state government.
