Facets narrow the search results even further by limiting them to a specific metadata field within the selected Format (note: not all filters have facet filters applied).
For example, a general search for "Grand Canyon" returns over 10,000 results (more than 417 pages).
Selecting Image under Format limits the search to 1,344 results.
After clicking the arrow next to Image, selecting Margaret Eiseman from the Creator field will return only the 15 results where Margaret Eiseman is the Creator.
